Kristina began her career in the financial services industry in 2005 as a Registered Client Service Associate on an advisory team at UBS Financial Services, where she was responsible for rebalancing discretionary portfolios, communicating with clients on investment reviews and financial plans, planning client seminars and events, and focusing on restricted stock services and securities-backed lending.

She continually advanced in her career, entering into lending at JP Morgan and then leading the lending initiatives at a top-producing Merrill team in the Manhattan Beach office. At Merrill, she also played a key role as an advisor focusing on relationship management.

Leveraging her extensive experience in lending and real estate, Kristina and her husband, Lee, manage 100 single family homes across the country. She earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in Finance.

Kristina enjoys the outdoors and traveling, especially to her favorite place, Squam Lake, NH. She stays active by taking part in a regular spin class and is an avid runner, having completed the Denver Marathon in 2010. She also is an involved member in the Los Angeles community and volunteers at the Downtown Women’s Shelter.
